Design Piece
This statue was carved in April 2016 by a master carver in Jaipur, India. It was sculpted to demonstrate the suitability of Alexandrian White for fine detail carvings and stands approximately 35cm high.

In this image the accent wall of Bianco Glaciale, shown here as a conventional opaque stone rather than as a translucent material, is richly complemented by hugely versatile Flora in the outer wall and on the main floor. The uniformity of the repeat patterns in the floor, that our designer has achieved, would give way to the more varied patterns of natural stone were this image to be re-created in reality.

This CGI concept was prepared as a design for a showroom. The floor is Illirico Bianco, the desk is Selene, the feature wall is Grigio Argento and all Fox Marble materials are shown on the displays around the edge.

Etrusco Dorato is by far the most flamboyant of Fox Marble’s stones. In this double book-matched feature wall, our CG designer skillfully demonstrates the potential to marry modern minimalist design with the most stimulating of nature’s creations. The half sphere supporting the mirror to the left is highly polished Illirico Bianco.

The Fox Marble twins Illirico Selene and Illirico Bianco have been combined in this reception area floor. Our CGI designers were assisted by an actual panel of this pattern being made up by a partner company for a project, which they were then able to sample photographically. If you look closely at the Alexandrian White walls, the large wall tiles are separated by brass inserts to bring some warmth to the aesthetic. The reception desk is Selene and the water wall is Alexandrian White, although the pattern is obscured by the water.

Fox Marble stone is often thought to be suitable for interior use only, but given the right finish and treatment there is no reason why it cannot be used outside as well. Here, our CG designer places our Alexandrian White in an exterior context. Stunning in its architectural simplicity the stone both adds to the land- and seascapes and highlights their beauty. Alexandrian White marble will take most finishes and so is actually ideal for a poolside environment.
